FAQ – Psychic Readings & Spiritual Healing | Psychic at the Village

Question 1

What can I expect from a psychic reading with Audrey?

Accepted Answer

Every reading with Audrey is a confidential, compassionate conversation between your soul and the universe. Audrey uses her natural psychic gifts — along with tools like tarot cards, palm reading, and tea leaves — to tune into your energy and deliver honest, meaningful guidance. Sessions are deeply personal and tailored to what you most need to hear. Most clients leave feeling clarity, relief, and a renewed sense of direction.

Question 2

How is a psychic reading different from a tarot reading?

Accepted Answer

A psychic reading draws directly on Audrey's intuitive abilities to receive impressions, images, and messages about your life. A tarot reading uses the symbolic language of the tarot deck as a channel for those same intuitive insights. Many clients choose a combined session — Audrey often integrates both approaches to give the most complete picture possible.

Question 3

Do I need to prepare anything before my reading?

Accepted Answer

No special preparation is required. Simply come with an open mind and, if you like, a few questions or areas of your life you would like to explore. The more relaxed and open you are, the more clearly Audrey can tune into your energy. It helps to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

Question 4

Can a psychic reading tell me my future?

Accepted Answer

Psychic readings reveal the energies, patterns, and possibilities surrounding your life at this moment. They illuminate likely outcomes based on your current path — but the future is not fixed. You always have free will. Audrey's readings are designed to empower you to make the best choices for your highest good, not to predict a predetermined fate.

Question 5

Are readings available by phone or online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Audrey offers readings by phone for clients who cannot visit the Woodland Hills studio in person. Phone readings are just as accurate and powerful as in-person sessions — energy is not limited by distance. Call 747-444-6986 to schedule.

Question 6

What is Reiki and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique based on the principle that a practitioner can channel universal life force energy through their hands to the recipient. This promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body's natural healing processes. During a session, you remain fully clothed while Audrey places her hands lightly on or just above specific areas of your body. Most clients experience warmth, tingling, and profound calm.

Question 7

What is crystal light therapy?

Accepted Answer

Crystal light therapy uses the vibrational properties of healing crystals — such as amethyst, rose quartz, and clear quartz — placed on and around the body to align the chakras, clear energetic blockages, and restore balance to your energy field. The crystals act as conduits for healing energy, amplifying the body's own restorative intelligence.

Question 8

How many energy healing sessions will I need?

Accepted Answer

This varies from person to person. Some clients feel significant shifts after a single session; others benefit from a series of sessions to address deeper patterns. Audrey will discuss your individual needs during your first visit and recommend a plan that feels right for you. There is never any pressure to book additional sessions.

Question 9

What is chakra balancing?

Accepted Answer

Your body has seven main energy centers, called chakras, that run from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. When these centers are blocked or out of alignment, you may experience anxiety, fatigue, emotional imbalance, or physical discomfort. Chakra balancing sessions identify and clear these blockages, restoring the natural flow of energy through your body and leaving you feeling grounded, clear, and revitalized.

Question 10

What is a sound bath?

Accepted Answer

A sound bath is an immersive healing experience in which you lie comfortably while Audrey plays crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments. The vibrations produced by these instruments work on a cellular level — slowing brainwave activity, releasing tension held in the body, and inducing a deeply meditative state. Many clients describe it as one of the most profoundly relaxing experiences of their lives.

Question 11

Do I need experience with meditation to benefit from a guided meditation session?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Audrey's guided meditation sessions are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. She tailors each session to where you are, gently guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and inner awareness. No prior experience is necessary — just a willingness to be present.

Question 12

What is past life regression?

Accepted Answer

Past life regression is a therapeutic technique that uses a deeply relaxed, hypnotic state to access memories from previous lifetimes. Under Audrey's gentle guidance, you journey into past life experiences to uncover karmic patterns, understand recurring themes in your current life, and gain insight into your soul's purpose. Sessions are safe, non-invasive, and often profoundly illuminating.

Question 13

What if I don't believe in past lives?

Accepted Answer

You don't need to believe in past lives to benefit from a regression session. Many clients approach it with healthy skepticism and still find the experience deeply meaningful. Whether the images and memories that arise are literal past life memories or symbolic expressions of your subconscious, the insights they offer are real and often transformative.
